Attracting Hummingbirds. Making my own nectar.

Today I decided to use my tart pan I bought from the local thrift store. I knew I wanted a light tasting crust. I don’t like a pie crust that crumbles when you cut it.
Next I wanted a filling to resemble a cheesecake but not too thick or rich. I only want it to be about one half of an inch thick. I don’t like the creamy pudding texture most tarts have. Plus not too sweet.
Lastly the fruit topping should be fresh. Not fruit cooked in with with filling.
